 ~ VHS Student Announcements ~

Date: April 15th, 2025

  • Lunch for today is: Biscuits & Gravy w/scrambled eggs, Cheeseburger, Uncrustable/Cheese, Pork Fritter Sand Basket

  • Varsity Golf @ Home at 4:00PM on Tuesday. 

  • PreACT @ MPCC on Tuesday at 8:00AM. 

  • Nebraska Native Youth Gathering on Tuesday. Students will be dismissed at 10:45AM.

  • There will be a meeting in the HS Library Wednesday, April 16th, @ 7:30am for those interested in HS Dance next year.

  • Broadcasting and Journalism applications are due April 16th. No application = not in class.

  • FFA Officer Meeting on Wednesday. 

  • Choir students will be going to the Episcopal Church on Wednesday

  • Quiz Bowl @ Minden at 10:00AM on Wednesday. Students will depart at 6:00AM.

  • NHS applications have been sent via email, to those Sophomores and Juniors who have met the academic requirements.  Completed applications are due back to Mrs. Adams' no later than April 17, 2025.

  • Track @ O’Neill at 10:00AM on Thursday. Students will depart at 6:30AM. 

  • Varsity Golf @ Hershey at 10:00AM on Thursday. Students will depart at 7:00AM.

  • This weekend is Easter Break.  There will be no school on Friday or Monday.

  • If you have submitted your application for journalism or broadcasting you need to sign up for a creating session. The sign up is located outside of Mrs Arganbright’s room. 

  • Please check your email for a form from Jenalee. 

  • Yearbooks are now on sale.  Scan one of the flyers hanging around the school to order yours today.  Yearbook orders are due by 5/30.

  • Seniors, please get in your information for the yearbook. You can do this by looking at the email from yearbook@vcsbadgers.net titled "2025 Senior Picture & Quote" and "2025 Senior Baby Photo".
