~ VHS Student Announcements ~

Date: February 11th, 2025

  • Lunch for today is: Chicken & Noodles w/roll, Baked Pork Fritter w/roll, Uncrustable/Cheese, Grilled Chicken Sandwich Basket

  • Students will depart after school on Tuesday for the National Anthem NSAA Bowling Championships.

  • National Anthem NSAA Bowling Championships on Wednesday. Departed on Tuesday. 

  • FFA CDE #2 @ North Platte at 8:00AM on Wednesday. Bus will depart at 5:40AM. 

  • Eastern Wyoming College Rep here @ 8:15AM on Wednesday.

  • If you are interested in learning country dance, please sign up during lunch. These are free lessons to anyone who’d like to learn. They are in the evening, dates are on the sign up sheet. Talk to Rylie Sexson for more information. 

  • BB - JV/Varsity Girls/Boys @ Home at 4:00PM on Thursday. Students will dismiss at 3:00PM. 

  • Dance/Cheer Senior Night @ BB on Thursday. 

  • Out of Town date requests are in the office for those who have dates that don’t go to VHS. They can be picked up in the office and are due on Monday, March 24. 

  • FFA - Bull Bash Livestock Judging @ Sale Barn at 9:00AM on Friday. Students will depart at 8:00AM. 

  • Wrestling- Boys Districts @ Kearney Catholic at 9:00AM on Saturday. Students will depart on Friday at 5:30PM. 

  • Speech @ North Platte at 7:45AM on Saturday. Bus will depart at 5:00AM

  • Seniors who have earned any college credit through independent study or outside of school hours, please bring their unofficial transcripts to Mr. Cronin. 

  • Can all seniors please fill out the Senior Superlative Form sent out from the yearbook email. 

  • FFA Bull Bash Tear Down - 7:30AM on Saturday.
