 ~ VHS Student Announcements ~

Date, November 11th, 2024 

  • Lunch for today is: Chicken pot pie, Spicy quesadilla burger, Grilled chicken sandwich basket, Uncrustable/Cheese

  • The Elementary School will be coming over to do their annual Veterans Day program in the high school gym today. Students will dismiss at 8:35AM and will need to sit with their 1st period teacher. 

  • Picture retakes today @ VHS Auditorium at 3:45pm.

  • FBLA meeting and supper @ Cardinal’s Room at 6:00PM today. 

  • Mock Trial @ Brewster on Tuesday. 

  • Sandhills Leadership @ MPCC on Tuesday 8-12. 

  • There will be a Winter Sports Parent Meeting Wednesday at 7:00pm in the commons.

  • HS FB Banquet @ HS Commons on Thursday at 6:30PM.

  • Speech sign-up meeting @ VHS Commons on Friday  at 6:30PM.

  • One Act @ Ainsworth on Saturday. TBD

  • The Student Council, FBLA, and FFA are hosting their annual canned food drive for the Holiday Baskets. The drive will run from November 4 to December 13th. A list of basket items is in your Badger Den. Remember, the Den with the most points wins! Along with the food drive, the Student Council has a giving tree. Please bring hats and gloves that will be donated to those in need. A tree in the school (location TBA) will be where you can add your items. This will also run from November 5 - December 13.
