When school is out, the Summer Food Service Program is in! Valentine Community Schools will once again be providing free lunches to children during the summer. There are no income requirements or registration. Any child under age 18 may come and get a free lunch.
This summer, meals will be served via curbside pickup Monday through Friday, 11:45am-12:30pm at Valentine High School.
The Summer Meals program is funded by the USDA and run by school districts and local organizations, sites can be found across the US. Stopping by a summer meal site with your family not only saves you time and money spent grocery shopping and meal prepping; it also helps support our school and community.
