VHS Announcements 1/19/24

  • Lunch for Monday: Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Scalloped Potatoes & Ham, Hot Dog Basket, or Uncrustable, Cheese, & Cracker Platter. 

  • Coronation will be held Sunday February 4th at 5:30 PM at the High School gym. Tickets can be purchased from Mrs. Arganbright during lunch or after school. 

  • All students (and teachers!) are encouraged to make Valentines for Veterans!  Cards should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 and are due by Feb. 2.  Drop off boxes are located at the library, KVSH, and the Extension Office.  Questions?  Call 402-389-1655.  

  • JV/V GBB/BBB will be at Broken Bow today at 4:00. Students will be dismissed at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 PM departure. All players will need to eat first shift lunch. Due to forecasted weather: JV Boys (2 quarters) and JV Girls @ 4:00pm.  Varsity Boys @ 5:00pm. Varsity Girls @ 6:30pm.

  • Varsity Girls wrestling will be at Hemingford today at 1:00 PM. Students will dismiss at 8:30 AM for an 8:45 AM departure. 

  • Varsity Boys wrestling will be at Chadron today  at 11:00 AM. Students will depart at 7:15 AM.

  • Varsity Girls/Boys wrestling will be at Chadron tomorrow at 10:00 AM. 

  • The Army National Guard rep will be here on Monday, January 22nd, during the lunch shifts.

  • SWC GBB/BBB will be held at home on Monday at 4:30 PM (girls vs Cozad) and 6:30 PM (boys vs Broken Bow).
