  • Lunch: Taco in a Bag, BBQ Rib Sandwich, Tater Tots, Cinnamon Pretzel, Fruit & Veggie Bar, Milk or Juice

  • VMS Football will travel to Todd County tomorrow. Game time has changed to 5PM. Team will be dismissed at 3:15 and will depart at 3:30. GO BADGERS!!!

  • VMS Volleyball will host a triangular tomorrow in the VMS Gym at 5PM vs. Ainsworth and Gordon-Rushville. Mrs. Thorpe’s Badger Pause will run concessions. GO BADGERS!!!

  • VMS Cross Country will travel to O’Neill on Friday. Meet begins at 3:30PM. Team will need to eat first lunch shift, will be dismissed at 12PM and will depart at 12:15PM. GO BADGERS!!!

  • Membership information for Girl Scouts is available to any girls interested in joining, sheets are outside the office. Registration will be on Monday, September 18th at 5 p.m. at the Hidden Oaks Cabin in the City Park.

  • SCHOOL PHOTOS this Friday first thing in the morning! Photo packets were handed out yesterday in 9th period. DO NOT LOSE THEM, you will hand them directly to the photographer on Friday.  

  • After School Clubs: 

    • Mrs. Foster- Trivia Showdown, Thursday 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/12

  • Homecoming week begins next Monday. VMS Student Council has planned some fun dress up days for spirit week. All are welcome to dress up but please remember you still need to follow the school dress code. 

    • Monday 18th: Pajama Day

    • Tuesday 19th: Twinning is Winning (Twin up with your friends)

    • Wednesday 20th: Reverse Roles (teachers dress as students; students dress as teachers)

    • Thursday 21st: Decades Day (60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s)

    • Friday 22nd: Badger Pride! Wear your red and white or any Badger apparel to show your school spirit!
